POSITION SUMMARY
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in supporting your section, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Working under the guidance of senior chefs, you’ll learn and develop while helping maintain the standards and creativity that define our menus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standard, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Support your section by organising mise en place and maintaining smooth service throughout busy periods.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively with chefs across all sections, providing support where needed.
- Assist with stock rotation, portion control, and minimising waste.
- Learn from and support senior chefs, developing your skills and culinary knowledge.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service delivery.
