About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Change Communications Specialist to join a prestigious higher education institution at a time of exciting change and progression. This role is integral to a large ERP project, where you will be embedded within the change team to ensure innovative, engaging and effective communication across various departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will develop and implement communication strategies to support the ERP project.
  • Create storytelling content to articulate strategies, results, and goals for various forums, tailoring content to audience needs and simplifying complex information.
  • Engage with multiple areas of the university to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
  • Stay updated on programme stages and adjust the content strategy as needed. Share knowledge and best practices within teams and programme.
  • Utilise a variety of communication methods to reach diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with the change team to identify communication needs and address them proactively.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in change communications, preferably within a large organisational setting, with an emphasis on innovation and best-in-class practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences.
  • A real out-the-box thinker, bold and able to challenge the ways things are normally done.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across various departments.
  • Experience with ERP projects is a plus.
