The EASE Analytics & Productivity Solutions Team is passionate about seamlessly fusing people, processes & technology to reinvent how we use data to drive decisions.

The Senior Engineer will re‑imagine existing solutions and build new analytical solutions, ensuring usability and intuitive user experience for Global Development Organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experiment with and combine data from a variety of data sources for analytics & reporting solutions.
  • Own and maintain the My Insights reporting portal, ensuring analytics and reporting solutions are organized, accessible, and aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
  • Support user training, act as ambassador, and partner with project teams to ensure smooth launch and adoption.
  • Elicit and clarify business needs to design and develop appropriate analytics & reporting solutions.
  • Update and maintain analytics & reporting solutions according to industry standard methodologies.
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate analytics & reporting solutions.
  • Establish and monitor adoption criteria based on utilization statistics.
  • Maintain relationships with customer groups and respond to business needs as guided by senior associates.
  • Conduct technical design, build, and iteration of analytics & reporting solutions.
  • Intake feedback on prototypes and iterate continuously to improve user experience and customer engagement.
  • Partner with IT and other tech vendors for necessary technical development and support.
  • Propose mock and prototype low‑fidelity designs using design‑thinking methodology.
  • Ensure consistency across the suite of solutions and extract proper insights with customer teams.
  • Work closely with senior associates to develop more complex solutions and grow skills.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative, scientific, or business subject areas.
  • 2‑4 years of experience designing reporting and analytics solutions with a business focus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to support multi‑functional teams and excellent partnering skills.
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze information and translate it into compelling stories for action.
  • Experience building visually engaging reporting or analytics solutions using visualization software (Tableau, Spotfire, Angular, Power BI).
  • Experience using existing or building new datasets for data and reporting needs.
  • Preference for drug development experience.
  • Preference for knowledge of planning and forecasting data.
  • Preference for knowledge of clinical operations data.
