Responsibilities
- Execute international strategies for the VELYS Trauma Platforms and support the business plan.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including trauma product platform, HEMA, Regulatory, and Clinical, to launch the new technology system in key markets.
- Define clinical and health‑economic evidence strategy and develop recommendations for organizational design.
- Represent international needs in product pipeline discussions with global marketing, R&D, and supply chain.
- Ensure IBP alignment with launch plans and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders.
- Partner with regional trauma teams to plan the launch and roll‑out of VELYS Trauma technology.
- Support Lighthouse Centre strategy and collaborate with EMEA, APAC, and LATAM commercial leaders.
- Coordinate education plans with professional and commercial education teams.
- Maintain compliance with health‑care compliance, quality, and safety principles.
- Quantify and ensure quality, timeliness, and cost‑effective implementation of marketing programs.
- Allocate marketing resources, manage communications, research, and public relations plans.
- Develop and monitor the annual budget, ensuring adherence and compliance with ethics and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with deep expertise in orthopedics and trauma.
- Experience in clinical technology solutions, digital products, and capital systems.
- Global or regional marketing experience, including market development and value/demand creation.
- Digital savviness and strong organizational leadership with change‑management experience.
- Strategic orientation, ability to influence and collaborate in a global matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication, decision‑making, and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen to direct and monitor budget activities.
- Resilience and adaptability in a changing, ambiguous environment.
Other Requirements
- Travel: 40–50% across international regions.
- English required; proficiency in other languages is preferable.
