The UKI EP/NV Supply Chain Leader drives end-to-end supply chain performance across the UK & Ireland cluster, aligning global strategy with local execution. This role is a key supply chain integrator and strategic partner to commercial leadership, enabling growth through service, cost, inventory and cash performance.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy for the UK & Ireland.
  • Partner with commercial leadership to support growth through supply reliability, product launch readiness, deal enablement, tenders and customer interactions.
  • Own customer service performance and experience, monitoring KPIs such as OTIF, fill rate and lead times, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Planning, Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Finance.
  • Manage supply chain escalations and disruptions, coordinating with regional teams to resolve shortages and ensure recovery.
  • Foster a customer-centric and inclusive culture, promoting transparency and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead continuous improvement and digital supply chain initiatives using ERP systems, planning tools (e.g., OMP) and analytics.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment, building relationships with commercial and regional teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 10+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Proven leadership of supply chain operations at country or regional level.
  • Strong expertise in IBP/SOP processes and enterprise-level decision making.
  • Experience in medical device, healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Deep knowledge of planning, logistics, inventory management and customer service.
  • Business and financial acumen, balancing service, cost, growth and cash objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and transformation programmes.
  • Influencing skills to align stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Collaboration with Quality and Regulatory Affairs functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • Certifications such as APICS, IBF, PMP, Lean or Six Sigma are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel (~30%).
