DePuy Synthes, a division of Johnson & Johnson, is hiring a Spine and Biomaterials Marketing Manager with locations in Leeds (UK), Zug (Switzerland), or Singapore. The role leads marketing strategy for the Spine & Biomaterials portfolio across international regions and drives brand visibility and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the Spine & Biomaterials portfolio, aligning with global and regional campaigns.
- Lead development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and success, using digital marketing and integrated MARCOM plans to generate demand.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product launches with innovative marketing and sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess marketing effectiveness and revenue generation relative to business expectations.
- Liaise with sales, supply chain, finance, and medical affairs to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with regional objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and key customers to gather insights that drive product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Serve as a product champion, supporting commercial and professional education activities and elevating knowledge and competencies around the Spine & Biomaterials portfolio within the commercial organisation and surgeon community.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within the Orthopaedic sector.
- Proven success in developing and implementing successful marketing plans and campaigns, particularly for product launches.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.
- Strategic vision, excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal collaboration, adaptability, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with cadavers and within an operating room setting; experience leading surgeon teams and meetings and defining customer needs.
- Travel expectations: 40‑50% across international regions.
- English required; additional languages preferred.

Work in clinical settings, including with cadavers and within operating rooms, and support surgeon engagement activities.
