DePuy Synthes is recruiting a Financial Analyst to support international operations within a global MedTech organization. The role partners with regional and functional leaders to deliver high‑quality financial insights, support forecasting, planning cycles, and drive performance management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports including P & L, variance analyses and key performance indicators.
- Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders to understand performance drivers and identify risks and opportunities.
- Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate business initiatives and investments.
- Support month‑end close activities by reviewing results, explaining variances and ensuring data accuracy.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools and reporting efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, policies and reporting standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting or a related finance role.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data and translate into clear insights.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, international environment.
- Experience supporting international or regional finance organisations, exposure to MedTech or regulated industries, financial modelling and business case development, knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Hyperion, progress towards a professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA).
Language requirement: English (fluent). Additional European language skills are a plus.
Travel: Up to 10% international travel.
