We are looking for a Biosurgery Sales Specialist for the East Midlands in our MedTech Surgery team. The role focuses on growing J&J MedTech Biosurgery (Haemostats) portfolio across key surgical centres in Nottingham/Leicester, driving sales growth through account planning, execution and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own sales growth within key centres across the West Midlands area and meet the annual sales business plan.
- Build in‑depth understanding of market dynamics in key accounts and adapt strategy to maximize opportunities in Wound Closure.
- Lead territory through development of comprehensive business plans focusing on highest‑value opportunities, new business, and competitor share.
- Lead and develop accounts, managing the relationship between the company and customers to align all efforts and improve impact.
- Drive internal collaboration to maximize opportunities across J&J MedTech Surgery and the wider Johnson & Johnson surgical family.
- Develop key customer relationships and build advocacy for the J&J MedTech Surgery portfolio.
- Ensure stakeholder management to secure the right resources and support for executing strategies in the spine market.
Reporting
Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager for Wound Closure and Biosurgery, you will work closely with the Wound Closure & Biosurgery sales team, Commercial Business Managers and the Commercial Excellence team.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of sales success within Wound Closure or the wider surgical environment.
- Extensive knowledge of NHS & private sector markets across multi‑discipline surgical areas.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and business partnering skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present aims and objectives clearly.
- Analytical ability to assess requirements and develop adoption strategies for new technologies.
