Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and application of analytics and modeling solutions to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
- Design and maintain predictive, financial, or operational models to assess performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate complex data sets into clear insights, recommendations, and executive‑ready reporting.
- Partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Digital teams to align analytics with business priorities.
- Monitor key performance indicators and trends to inform forecasting, planning, and optimization efforts.
- Lead or support analytics‑driven initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, and financial outcomes.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance and internal control standards.
- Coach and develop analysts or project teams contributing to analytics and modeling work.
Qualifications
- Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) with a quantitative focus.
- Experience and Skills Required: 10–12 years of progressive experience in analytics, modeling, business intelligence, or related functions.
- Preferred: Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
- Familiarity with forecasting, scenario modeling, or advanced statistical techniques.
- Experience with BI, data visualization, or advanced analytics platforms.
- Experience supporting commercial, customer operations, or supply chain analytics.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement or operational excellence methodologies.
- Other Language: English (required).
- Travel: Up to 20%, primarily domestic.
- Certifications: Analytics, data science, or finance certifications (preferred).

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as De Puy Synthes.
