We are searching for the best talent for the Integrated Business Planning Analyst role to be in Leeds, United Kingdom. As an IBP Analyst, you will:

  • Collaborate with partners to ensure capital expenditures and inventory align with platform targets and anticipated savings.
  • Minimize P&L impact from excess inventory (E&O).
  • Conversion of local investment plans into upstream set demand signals.
  • Support strategic PIPO Projects.
  • Drive & Support execution of key commercial and supply chain initiatives in alignment with line leaders, focusing on critical Supply chain KPIs and goals.
  • Asset Management Process Deployment: Forecasting: Ensure accountability for accurate Demand Signal for optimized capex forecasting.
  • Execution: Collaborate with Sourcing and Distribution teams on optimising asset utilisation.
  • Ensure adherence to Monthly IBP Cycle including Life Cycle management, Commercial review meetings, Regional Handover, Risks and Opportunities planning.
  • Key business partner to the commercial organisation, ensuring customer and commercial investment needs are optimally planned and delivered through the end-to-end supply chain.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Excellent IT skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
  • Ability to gain good customer & commercial understanding.
