Responsibilities
- Direct managers and senior individual contributors in a matrix environment, conducting career development conversations and providing coaching and feedback.
- Contribute to the direction of sales strategies throughout the sales lifecycle, creating and maintaining Pricing & Contracting/Tendering strategy.
- Coordinate implementation of end-to-end Pricing and Contracting/Tender operational excellence to meet sales objectives.
- Drive business growth opportunities by improving Pricing & Contracting/Tendering processes, implementing continuous improvement & automation programs, generating performance metrics, and disseminating information.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of DPS portfolio, troubleshooting processes, and industry best practices to assess customer needs and recommend strategies and solutions.
- Serve as key partner to EMEA Leadership Team, providing strategic decision‑making support and coaching the Commercial Capability organization.
- Establish EMEA pricing strategy, including European Floor Price frameworks and compliance governance.
- Deliver Price & Contracting/Tendering vision and strategy, ensuring an unparalleled sales experience.
- Participate in design of strategic sales plans derived from corporate goals and customer touchpoints, leveraging consumer data and insight.
- Design key performance indicators, benchmark performance against competitors and industry standards.
- Develop relationships with leaders and stakeholders to translate needs into targeted solutions.
- Manage operational aspects: budget, performance, compliance, workforce and succession plans.
- Create purpose‑driven environment aligning Credo and Leadership Imperatives with team and enterprise goals.
