It is an exciting time to be joining 72Point, now looking for an Account Director to grow the team further. As Account Director, you will play a key role in driving 72Point’s revenue growth, focusing on identifying and securing opportunities with PR, advertising, marketing, creative and media agencies. The responsibility of this role is securing new business through proactive outreach and growing revenue within key existing accounts. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this hands-on position is ideal for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. Embodying the 72Point Group\’s values of being proactive , positive , proud , and professional , you will be instrumental in achieving ambitious sales targets while building strong client relationships and driving the business forward. Ownership: Take accountability for revenue targets, proactively managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to pitches and closing deals. · Client Services: Proactively manage a portfolio of clients, driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and securing repeat business. · Collaboration/Management: Work closely with the Commercial Director to help manage the 72Point team to align on strategy and integrate services seamlessly to deliver exceptional client outcomes. · Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and ensuring consistent progress toward targets. A self-starter with a forward-thinking approach to sales, always seeking new opportunities to drive growth. · A commitment to the highest standards of excellence and integrity, building trust and credibility with clients. Proven success in an individual and team sales role(s), consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious revenue targets. · Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels. · This is the most exciting time in our company’s history as the worlds of PR, advertising and marketing conflate.
