The Senior Product Manager will manage the Variable Flow range of BSU, overseeing product roadmaps, strategic initiatives, and P&L performance in the UK and MEA regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain product road maps.
  • Deliver NPD execution on plan, in budget and in scope.
  • Be the primary voice of customer for product categories.
  • Pitch and monitor capital expenditure for roadmaps.
  • Engage commercial teams to ensure profitability aligns with P&L targets.
  • Drive operations and collaboration to deliver products in line with business model targets.
  • Support monthly ideation funnel development and use sales, win/loss and quality data for voice of customer.

Ownership of strategic initiatives

  • Lead voice of customer engagement to validate competitor analysis, market sizes, customer pain points and technology trends.
  • Develop, present, monitor and execute strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Own delivery of assigned initiatives and drive execution.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing and new markets.
  • Monitor market segmentation, customer profiles and windows.
  • Support AI and digital marketing initiatives as part of growth.

Support P&L operations

  • Convert strategic targets into operational targets.
  • Collaborate with commercial, supply chain and operations teams for sales, inventory and operations planning.
  • Engage with commercial teams to understand regional forecasts and product line performance.
  • Identify and lead regional/customer specific initiatives to deliver on-plan performance.
  • Monitor and report forecasts, pricing, cost of sales.
  • Support marketing and commercial launch requirements.
  • Deploy engineering change process as required.
  • Identify non-compliance and improvement opportunities.
  • Support analysis and development of new channels, pipeline reviews and quality.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering and Quality to achieve cost savings or revenue growth.
  • Provide training and education across product range, including travel.

  • Proactively address improvement opportunities and drive special projects with tangible results.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Deep experience and knowledge of control valves for commercial building services.
  • 5+ years proven experience in Product Management.
  • Degree in a technical and/or business management subject (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Positive, proactive and pragmatic problem-solving mindset.
  • Innovative, forward-thinking and team-working abilities.
  • Highly proficient in Excel; competent in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Capability to work independently, build cross-functional relationships, and follow NPD, VE and Engineering Change processes.
