We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing HR tech company revolutionising employer branding. They're looking for a Senior Digital Interaction Designer to craft engaging web interactions, animations, and motion prototypes that enhance user experiences.
The Role:
- Design & Prototype dynamic interactions, animations, and micro-interactions using tools like Framer, Protopie, or Lottie.
- Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and marketers to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Create sophisticated web interactions, animations, scroll effects, and micro-interactions that elevate user experience.
- Ensure Accessibility & Performance by following UX best practices and WCAG 2.2 standards.
- Present & Advocate design solutions to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ experience in digital or interaction design.
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- You need to be versatile in your design approach, capable of adapting to various styles and meeting the unique needs of different clients.
- Design and develop dynamic motion prototypes that bring digital experiences to life.
