Joining our Roll Shop team as a fitter, you'll play a crucial part in our production process by preparing, maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment that is used to roll our hot steel. You'll be stripping, building and maintaining roll assemblies as well as fault finding mechanical problems.

Experience working in a hands-on role is key. As you'll be working on mechanical machinery, having a strong mechanical background will be essential. You'll need to be self-motivated, someone who can work efficiently and often under pressure.
