Joining us as a Strategic Buyer, your time will be spent between 7 Steel UK and 7 Steel Services. Your main responsibilities will include the development of coordinated supply chain strategies, interpretation of spends and suppliers, and identification of opportunities for common sourcing across 7 Steel.
We are looking for someone who is willing to travel across the UK, and occasionally internationally, to meet with our UK and ASEAN based suppliers, as well as visit 7 Steel Service depots and 7 Steel Nordics. You will be a confident collaborator and communicator, to effectively manage this stakeholder engagement, as well as working closely with your team.
Preferably, you will be CIPS qualified, but what is most important to us, is that you’re adaptable, driven and bring energy to the team.
