As a Fitter in our Roll Shop team, you will play a crucial part in our production process by preparing, maintaining and repairing the mechanical equipment used to roll our hot steel. Your days will be varied and exciting. One day you could be stripping, building and maintaining roll assemblies, and the next, fault-finding mechanical problems. You will be working on mechanical machinery, so it is essential that you have a mechanical background and enjoy being hands-on.

You will be self-motivated, resilient, and proactive, bringing a positive mindset and attitude to the team.
