Production Supervisor 7 Steel Service UK - Witham Salary
up to £40,000 Hours
Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the Team Leaders and Shifts.
Your main responsibilities will include ensuring materials from suppliers meet quality standards, the department is appropriately resourced, reviewing shift reports, daily meetings with the Production Manager, and most importantly, making sure your team adhere to our health and safety policies.
You will be a strong communicator to connect with your team and gain their input, as well as to influence external stakeholders.
We do require that you have experience in team management with a hands-on approach.
You have a will have a positive and pro-active approach to managing your team and encounter difficulties with a problem-solving mind-set.
