Shifts: Monday Friday5am - 2pm2pm 11pm Joining us as a Shredder Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the shredder plant, supervising the shift activities of the plant, and nonferrous line.
You will plan, directandmonitorall personnel within the shift, monitor plant operatives such as material handler drivers and material pickers, manage thestockpilesof incoming and outgoing materials and ensure work is carried out safely and effectively in line with 7-Steel procedures.
You will be a hands-on leader with experience in waste recovery, recycling, or scrap metal processing environments.
You must also be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and be able to take ownership of site operations to high standards.
