As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring supplier invoices, expenses and account reconciliations are processed accurately and efficiently. This role includes liaising with internal departments, resolving invoice queries, and processing documents through the SAP system. We are looking for someone with previous finance or accounting experience who can manage resolving a high number of queries and has the skills to manage projects and process improvements. Being proficient in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook is also required to ensure accurate recording and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
