As a Health and Safety Advisor at 7 Steel UK, you will be joining a team that is dedicated to creating a safe working environment for our people. Working within our Health & Safety department, no two days will be the same; one minute, you could be conducting on-site inspections and the next, developing Health and Safety plans. You will not only be responsible for supporting our managers to ensure that health & safety policies are followed, but you will also play a key role in improving them.

You will have a background working as a Health and Safety Advisor, ideally in a heavy industry environment. However, what is most important to us is that you are a confident communicator and able to convey your expertise, knowledge, and advice to others. Regular inspections, auditing, and following up on agreed actions will be a key part of your role, so you will have previously worked to ISO 45001 requirements. This role will require a NEBOSH diploma (or equivalent).
