As well as gaining hands-on experience, you will be developing your industry knowledge and learning new skills with support from your mentors.

- Passionate and enthusiastic about sustainable Production.
- Positive, with a can-do attitude.
- Adhere to our Health and Safety policies.

About the Apprenticeship:
You will learn how to work on some of the largest pieces of kit and machinery in the industry. Your Apprenticeship will be a work-based NVQ, assessed by an evidence-based Portfolio, as well as monthly meetings with your assessor. At the end of your 24-month Apprenticeship, you will achieve an NVQ Level 2 in performing manufacturing operations and move into a Production Operator position. Most importantly, you will have gained knowledge of the entire hot rolling process. If you have shown passion and potential during your Apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to complete an ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) qualification and become ready for the next steps of your career.
