Joining our Roll Shop team as a Fitter, you'll play a crucial part in our production process by preparing, maintaining and repairing the mechanical equipment that is used to roll our hot steel. Your days will be varied and exciting. One day you could be stripping, building and maintaining roll assemblies, and the next, fault-finding mechanical problems.
You will be working on mechanical machinery, so it is essential that you have a strong mechanical background and most importantly, enjoy being hands on. You will be self-motivated, resilient, and proactive, and bring a positive mindset and attitude to the team.
