Joining our Engineering Team, you'll be working on some of the largest pieces of kit and machinery in the industry. One day, you could be maintaining 240T gantry cranes, and the next installing high speed gear boxes. This opportunity will build and develop all of your Mechanical Engineering knowledge and experience. What industry you come from is not important to us. We are seeking people who are passionate about engineering and constantly looking for ways to improve. Our manufacturing processes are demanding and no two days are the same. You will need to be robust and be motivated to learn, to deal with and solve Mechanical issues.
You will need:
- Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering (Minimum NVQ Level 3)
- Experience of Permit Systems, Mechanical Safety and Isolations
- Repair and maintenance experience in Gearboxes and Motors
- Previous experience of Coupling Realignment and realignment tools
- Hydraulics and Pneumatics experience desirable
