Entry Skilled Rate £28,174, including Shift Premium, plus Production Bonus. Rising to £30,403 once multi-skilled.
39 Hours per week, rotating shifts of Mornings, Afternoons and Nights.

- Mornings Monday-Thursday: 6am-2pm, Friday 6am-1pm
- Afternoons Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm, Friday 1pm-8pm
- Nights Monday-Thursday 10pm-6am, Friday 8pm-3am
Job Responsibilities
As a Production Operative, you will play a vital part in our production process. You will use your existing knowledge and experience while learning new skills and receiving training to operate the relevant machinery and equipment. This could range from Gantry Crane to a Rolline Line, Straightening or Welding machine. Ideally, you come from a production background because you will be operating a production line, but what's most important to us is that you know how to follow strict safety procedures. Health and Safety is your number one priority, so you'll be confident to speak out if something is wrong.
