As a Contracts Co-Ordinator, you will coordinate the delivery of a contract from inception, ensuring that production activity meets established forecasting requirements. You will be engaging with customers on day-to-day queries, providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively. You will be responsible for resolving problems, quickly fulfilling customers' needs, and being flexible to changing demands.

Ideally, you'll have administrative experience to utilise the company's technology to make contracts delivery as efficient as possible. Most importantly, is that you are keen to learn and have excellent communication skills. You'll know how to take a proactive approach to getting things done, as you'll be looking after your own case load of customers.
