This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within a busy production environment, where ongoing training and development are actively encouraged. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault finding, repairs and breakdown response across a wide range of manufacturing machinery and equipment. Support the installation, commissioning, relocation and continuous improvement of production equipment. Complete maintenance work requests, engineering projects and improvement activities aimed at enhancing safety, quality and operational efficiency. Work on a variety of equipment including CNC turret punch machines, forming and bending machinery, spinning lathes, foam insulation equipment, MIG, TIG and laser welding equipment, testing equipment, acid treatment plants and effluent systems.
