Entry Skilled Rate £29,507 plus a Shift Allowance of £2,930
39 Hours, rotating shifts of Mornings, Afternoons and Nights:
- Mornings: Monday-Thursday, 6am-2pm, Friday 6am-1pm
- Afternoons: Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm, Friday 1pm-8pm
- Nights: Monday-Thursday 10pm-6am, Friday 8pm-3am
As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for a team of Production Operators within our depot to ensure that our operations run smoothly. You will be involved in various tasks such as driving machinery when required or carrying out team briefings. You will be the first point of contact for the team, so you will be happy to get stuck in and resolve problems when needed.
You will have previous experience managing people with a hands-on approach. Most importantly, you should have a positive and pro-active approach to managing your team and encounter difficulties with a problem-solving mind-set.
