We are seeking 2 skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring the smooth operation of their designated section within the kitchen. Duties

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Oversee the daily operations of a specific section within the kitchen, such as fish, meat, or pastry.
  • Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or specials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients to ensure availability for service.
