Surrounded by eleven acres of countryside and wooded valleys, Dalhousie Castle embodies the timeless charm of a storybook fairytale. We are looking for a diligent and reliable Public Area Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout all public spaces within our hotel. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and spotless environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, and stairways.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors regularly to maintain a spotless appearance.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to hotel and environmental policies.
  • Replenish supplies in public restrooms, such as soap, towels, and toilet paper.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages noticed during cleaning rounds.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are used safely and stored properly.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and hotel sanitation standards.
  • Assist with setting up and cleaning meeting or event spaces as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold overall hotel cleanliness.
