We are seeking a reliable and proactive Night Porter to support the hotel’s night operations, ensuring guest safety, security, and a clean, welcoming environment throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol public areas and hotel premises to maintain security and safety during night hours
- Respond promptly to guest requests, emergencies, or incidents during the night shift
- Assist with late check-ins and early check-outs, providing efficient guest service
- Perform cleaning duties in public areas including lobby, corridors, restrooms, and entrances
- Monitor and operate security systems, alarms, and CCTV cameras as required
- Handle luggage storage and transportation for arriving and departing guests
- Maintain clear and accurate logs of night activities and incidents
- Support emergency procedures and fire safety protocols as needed
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless handovers and communication
