We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to handle nightly accounting and guest service tasks. You will ensure accurate financial reporting and provide support to guests during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare night audit reports
  • Verify and balance all revenue accounts, including room charges and payments
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs during night hours
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of all nightly transactions and adjustments
  • Assist with billing inquiries and ensure accurate posting to guest accounts
  • Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and maintenance for operational updates
  • Ensure all security protocols and cash handling procedures are followed
  • Support the transition and handover process to the morning audit team
