Brandon Hall Hotel & Spa seeks an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager. This role leads the maintenance team ensuring all hotel facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards for safety, functionality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise, and oversee all maintenance activities across the hotel
  • Lead, manage, and develop the maintenance team, including engineers and technicians
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and programs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations
  • Manage maintenance budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for specialised works
  • Monitor and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
  • Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues and emergencies to minimise downtime
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and compliance documentation
