We are looking for a friendly and responsible Leisure Attendant to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and smooth running of our leisure facilities while providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist members and guests in the leisure facilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all leisure areas including gym, pool, and changing rooms
  • Monitor the safety of guests using the leisure facilities and report any hazards or incidents
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any faults or maintenance needs
  • Enforce health and safety and facility rules to maintain a safe environment
  • Support the leisure team during events, classes, and busy periods
  • Respond promptly and professionally to member and guest inquiries
  • Assist with inventory control and restocking of supplies in the leisure areas
  • Follow all operational procedures and comply with health and safety regulations
