Key Responsibilities- Clean guest rooms to a high standard, including beds, bathrooms, and surfaces
- Replenish amenities, towels, and linens according to standards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
- Follow cleaning checklists and brand standards
- Maintain a clean and organised housekeeping trolley
- Respect guest privacy and handle lost property appropriately
- Follow health & safety and COSHH guidelines at all times
- Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and timings
- Support team members and respond to guest requests when needed
