We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Guest Service Supervisor to support and lead our front‑of‑house team in delivering outstanding dining experiences. You’ll play a hands‑on role in floor operations, guest interaction, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily front‑of‑house operations across restaurant and/or bar
- Lead by example to ensure a warm, professional, and attentive guest experience
- Assist with opening, closing, and shift handover procedures
- Support team training, onboarding, and service briefings
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests effectively
- Maintain cleanliness, setup standards, and presentation across the outlet
