We are looking for a friendly and attentive Guest Service Assistant to support our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest account updates as required
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality
  • Support the front desk team during busy periods or staff shortages
  • Uphold hotel standards of hospitality, appearance, and service at all times
