We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to oversee all hotel events, from initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maximised revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and coordination of weddings, conferences, and social events
- Manage the events team and allocate responsibilities effectively
- Develop strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and revenue targets for events
- Ensure flawless communication between sales, operations, and kitchen teams
- Handle complex or high-profile events and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Conduct post-event reviews and gather feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
- Promote the hotel’s event offerings and packages to drive bookings
