We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to oversee all hotel events, from initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maximised revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and coordination of weddings, conferences, and social events
  • Manage the events team and allocate responsibilities effectively
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, and revenue targets for events
  • Ensure flawless communication between sales, operations, and kitchen teams
  • Handle complex or high-profile events and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Conduct post-event reviews and gather feedback for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
  • Promote the hotel’s event offerings and packages to drive bookings
