We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team, ensuring all hotel facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards for safety, functionality, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, organise, and oversee all maintenance activities across the hotel
- Lead, manage, and develop the maintenance team, including engineers and technicians
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and programs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations
- Manage maintenance budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for specialised works
- Monitor and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues and emergencies to minimise downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and compliance documentation
