Brandon Hall Hotel & Spa, a Warwickshire retreat near Coventry, is seeking an early-rising Breakfast Chef to prepare and serve high-quality breakfast dishes that set the tone for our guests’ day.
You will manage breakfast service, maintain hygiene, stock the kitchen, monitor waste, ensure allergen procedures, and work with the front-of-house team to satisfy guest requests during peak hours.
