We are seeking an early-rising Breakfast Chef to prepare and serve high-quality breakfast dishes that set the tone for our guests’ day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook breakfast items to order and in buffet service
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation and hygiene
  • Set up and stock the kitchen before service begins
  • Monitor and control food waste and portion sizes
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety at all times
  • Follow allergen and dietary requirement procedures
