Responsibilities:

  • Join our team as Bar Supervisor and take the lead in delivering memorable service and supporting smooth bar operations.
  • Ensure consistent drink quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
  • Monitor stock and assist with ordering as needed.
  • Handle customer complaints or special requests.
  • Train and mentor new team members.
  • Assist in planning bar events and promotions.
  • Uphold licensing laws and safety policies.

This is a fixed term position from 1st March to 31st October.
