Job Description
As a Food and Beverage Assistant for Weetwood Hall Estate, we are looking for a positive can do attitude to drive exceptional standards and guest experience.
- You will be responsible for the following tasks;
- Provide food and bar service in all F&B areas
- To provide a warm welcome to all guests and ensure they receive excellent quality of service when in any of the F&B outlets and throughout the hotel
- Ensure you are remaining fully compliant with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- Prepare and serve drinks to company standards
- Ensure compliance with regard to food hygiene in line with the company Food Policy & current legislation
- Ensure cleaning checklists are completed
- To clear and set tables
- To service tables throughout various times of the day including lunch and dinner
- To complete all statutory training within set timelines
- Completion of the shift handovers and shift checklists
- To take restaurant/bar bookings
- To carry out any other ad hoc duties as directed by supervisor/management
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role including bar experience
- Team player and able to work proactively with a wide remit
- Ability to provide and demonstrate exceptional guest service
- Positive can-do attitude and be well presented
- Flexible with working shifts and availability to work weekends/evenings
- A good ability to manage business/workflow priorities
