Currently welcoming guests as a Bed & Breakfast until April 2026, we provide comfortable rooms, hearty breakfasts, and a warm welcome - just minutes from Coventry, Kenilworth, and Warwick’s top attractions. Perfect for exploring castles, countryside, and historic towns, Brandon Hall blends heritage charm with modern comfort for a relaxing escape.
Join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Team Member and help create a clean, welcoming environment that our guests will love returning to.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms to a high standard, including beds, bathrooms, and surfaces
- Replenish amenities, towels, and linens according to standards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
- Follow cleaning checklists and brand standards
- Maintain a clean and organised housekeeping trolley
- Respect guest privacy and handle lost property appropriately
- Follow health & safety and COSHH guidelines at all times
- Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and timings
- Support team members and respond to guest requests when needed
