Position Summary
The incumbent assists the Store Manager with all aspects of the day‑to‑day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, recruiting, training, profits, and maintaining store standards. In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, the Sales Supervisor supervises and manages all store personnel, implements and enforces company policies and procedures, and establishes control‑related standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to overall store success by ensuring store sales goals and individual sales goals are met.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by styling and wardrobe‑consulting each customer based on their needs.
- Set a customer‑engagement example that exceeds industry standards.
- Build client relationships and generate store sales through outreach and enthusiasm for the brand.
- Assist with training, coaching, development, and motivation of associates to achieve maximum sales productivity.
- Serve as the expert on company culture, store operations, and policies and procedures while leading the store team.
- Manage payroll, ensuring payroll goals and coverage are met within established guidelines.
- Support and execute directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing, ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
- Communicate with the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager regarding employee relations, day‑to‑day operations, compliance matters, and personal skill‑development goals.
- Represent the brand and ensure team members embody the brand in all interactions with customers and peers.
- Ensure Loss Prevention policies and procedures are followed and assist with financial/sales audits and inventories to protect the store from internal and external shortage.

Education/Experience
- 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Special Physical And/or Mental Requirements
- Repetitive hand motion while operating cash register or computer.
- Regular interaction with the public in a crowded and noisy store environment.
- Standing required for entire shift.
- Operate office equipment such as computers, phone, fax, scanner, and copier.
- Work weekend and night shifts.
- Climb ladders as needed.
- Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed.
