Stock Supervisor – 40 hours per week to join our team and be part of this exciting journey.

- How you’ll make a difference
- Oversee and coordinate daily stockroom operations, ensuring an organized, efficient, and safe environment that supports overall store performance.
- Manage the receiving, processing, tagging, storage, and movement of merchandise, including returns, damages, stock transfers, and inbound and outbound goods.
- Maintain high levels of stock accuracy by monitoring inventory, coordinating stock counts, and identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of the sales floor, maintaining product availability and supporting the sales team.
- Ensure all merchandise is correctly stored and organized, enabling efficient access, seamless product flow, and stock availability across the sales floor.
- Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures, maintaining high operational standards.
- Support and coach stockroom team members, ensuring efficiency, collaboration, and adherence to operational standards.
- Support the Store Manager and the management team in implementing company initiatives, operational procedures, and stock management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health & safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in premium or luxury retail, with previous stockroom or supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of stockroom operations, inventory management, and retail processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and support a team.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to operational challenges.
- Good understanding of retail performance and stock management KPIs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS/inventory management systems.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
