Packers – 4 day week, every week!

We currently have Packing Operative vacancies at a UK leading firm’s manufacturing site in Hixon, Staffordshire ST18 0PF. These are full‑time roles on an ongoing basis. The vacancies carry immediate start dates. You will be required to attend a meet and greet at the site so that you can see the scope of work before you commit to a start date.

Basic Requirements

  • You will need your own transport or live in Hixon (approximately 15‑20 minute drive from Stafford or Rugeley).
  • Full training given on all jobs, no experience is required.
  • Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm – 36 hrs per week.
  • 4 day working week. Long weekend every week!
  • Pay Rate: £12.21 ph, weekly pay.

Packer\’s Key Duties

  • Packing lightweight product, ensuring it is ready for dispatch.
  • Movement of stock around the factory.
  • Palletising goods.
  • Training on production duties and occasional switching to a production zone within the factory.
  • Working within a team to ensure packing targets are met.
  • Complying with health & safety.
