Led directly by our Academy Lead, our internal training will equip you with modern class management and creative pedagogy. We believe in gamified learning, technology, and building genuine rapport with students.

What You Will Do:

  • Paid Training: Shadow senior educators and learn our interactive curriculum.
  • Lead Your Own Classes: Transition into teaching primary/secondary English using modern, game-based techniques.
  • Flexible Commitment: Take on classes that fit your weekly schedule (evenings/weekends).

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong English: Scored an A1, A2, or B3 in O-Level English (or equivalent in A-Level GP/Poly modules).
  • Any Field of Study Welcome: Studying Engineering, Business, or IT? Your major doesn't matter to us, as long as your English is strong.
  • Zero Experience Needed: We provide the training; you provide the enthusiasm and a willingness to adapt.
  • Tech-Savvy & Engaging: Comfortable with digital tools and capable of explaining concepts clearly to kids and teens.
