Job Summary
As Partnership Director at 7+ Academy, you will lead the development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives to expand our product distribution and revenue streams in China. You will leverage your sales expertise and extensive network to build strong partner relationships and drive measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to expand distribution channels for 7+ Academy’s products and services in China, driving measurable revenue growth.
- Identify and qualify a targeted list of potential distribution partners to generate new business opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
- Build and sustain collaborative relationships with Chinese partners to consistently achieve and exceed defined sales targets.
- Initiate and lead meetings with prospective partners to enhance brand awareness and strengthen market presence in China.
- Negotiate partnership agreements with cross-industry stakeholders to establish innovative revenue streams and scalable business models.
- Drive sales performance by closing partnership deals and surpassing targets within a B2B education sector environment in China.
Required competencies and certifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate effectively and negotiate with Chinese partners.
- Minimum 10 years of partnership experience in China, demonstrating the ability to develop and close business opportunities.
- At least 5 years of experience in the China service industry, with a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
