6sense is seeking a Director of Solutions Consulting to manage a team of Solutions Engineering/Consulting in EMEA. In this role reporting to the VP Global Solution Consulting, you will lead all pre-sales SCs in EMEA and help cultivate a culture that emphasizes exceptional sales engineering strategy and skills through strong communication, technical and business proficiency, product knowledge, and industry experience.

Please note, you will be expected to work from our London office 1-2 times a week.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop the Solutions Consulting team.
  • Develop customer focused pre-sales playbooks
  • Refine and scale the core SC processes such as discovery, technical qualification and POC/Trials.
  • Develop solution and customer proposal frameworks
  • Innovate on new ways to effectively demonstrate 6sense product value in meetings
  • Participate in regional industry events/organizations as a thought leader.
  • Collaborate with a variety of internal functional areas to ensure solutions are implemented and supported in-line with customer expectations.
  • Refine and own the sales to customer handoff process
  • Provide input on product development or enhancements to existing products to product management function.
  • Develop a close working relationship with Professional Services and Enablement to ensure alignment between pre and post sales activities

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technically selling and supporting software products
  • 3+ years of leadership, management or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM Platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce, MS-Dynamics, etc.)
  • Experience with digital ad and display marketing technologies and concepts
